I cannot conjure up the words to describe the horror and anger I still feel after seeing the images of aborted babies shown to me by the members of the Canadian Centre for Bio-Ethical Reform who visited Thunder Bay on Saturday.

There Aint No Pure Church

Today I stumbled on this article below, titled “There Ain’t no Pure Church” by Mark P. Shea. In the article he highlights some of the common areas that we as humans fail at, how we are all sinners bound to fail, and how the Church “Ain’t” perfect or “Pure”. Even though he falls short on some points and borders some dangerous territory, his overall message is genuine.

CAW Union counter-protests Abortion Van?

The Canadian Auto Workers Union is organizing counter-protests to the Canadian Centre for Bio-Ethnical reforms abortion van.

On the CAW website, an article dated June 7th urges other members to participate in counter-protests to cooresponding events that the CCBR are going to hold in 7 cities. These cities are Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, Sudbury, Brampton, London, Toronto, and Ottawa. The article states that “anti-choicers” are assembling to overturn legal rights to abortion.
